Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

  Ship the Item

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location across the UK.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
